ATTBLIME AB6-G sublimating scanning spray - reusable containers

£54.99

A scanning spray was created under the name ATTBLIME® AB6-G, which enables the user to achieve a uniform and homogeneous spray pattern with layer thicknesses between 3.6 and 9.8 µm, depending on the spray system. The newly developed self-volatilizing (subliming) 3D scanning spray AB6-G is based on the optimized raw material cyclododecane.

The sublimating scanning spray is also available as a container for use with all spray systems such as airbrush, spray guns or with our mobile ATTBLIME spray system with 230V connection. A maximum nozzle size of 0.75mm is recommended. The efficiency is around 50ml per square meter.

The effective scan time (scan time) is 2 to 6 hours. The sublimation time, i.e. the time in which the spray dissolves, is around 6 to 10 hours. These times vary depending on the environmental conditions such as the component surface, room temperature, air circulation or even the humidity.

The scanning spray is free from ethanol and adamantane. AB6-G adheres to all porous and non-porous surfaces such as textiles, wood, glass, painted surfaces, metal, plastic, stone, mortar and paper.

ATTBLIME AB6-G is ideal for temporarily matting surfaces for optical 3D measurement technology without subsequent cleaning. Reference point marks can simply be stuck onto the treated area.

With the scanning spray in reusable containers, there are no empty cans.
